After booking:

• You will receive a detailed intake form by email
• The form will include questions about your skin, products, lifestyle, and overall wellness
• Your concerns and goals will be reviewed during the consultation
• You will receive a customized face and body skincare regimen following your appointment

The Holistic Skin Care Journal is required and must be purchased separately before beginning the experience.

A brief progress check for established Holistic Skin Care Experience clients who have already completed their initial consultation and returning-client appointment.

This appointment is designed to:

• Review your recent skin progress
• Address brief questions or concerns
• Discuss your current skincare regimen
• Identify whether minor adjustments may be appropriate
• Support continued accountability and follow-up care

Please book this service only after completing the required returning-client appointment.

Follow-ups are generally scheduled approximately 45–60 days after the initial consultation unless otherwise recommended.

The Holistic Skin Care Experience (Returning Client)

A personalized follow-up appointment for returning Holistic Skin Care Experience clients.

During this session, we will:

• Review changes in your skin since your initial consultation
• Discuss your experience with the recommended skincare regimen
• Address questions, concerns, or challenges
• Review relevant lifestyle or product changes
• Determine whether your regimen should remain the same or be adjusted

This appointment is reserved for clients who have already completed the initial Holistic Skin Care Experience consultation.

Prayer Session

A private, intentional prayer session offered by telephone or online through Zoom, Patreon, or Google Meet.

After booking, your session link or call instructions will be sent no later than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. The communication method may be selected according to availability and your preference.

Important booking policy:

• Please reply promptly if contacted regarding your session
• If no response is received within eight hours of the scheduled appointment, the session may be cancelled
• Missed or cancelled sessions are nonrefundable

If you have not responded to the session instructions or joined within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be treated as a missed session and will not be refunded.
